Foam Board Printing for Signs

Foam board is one of the most versatile print products we produce at PostNet Denver. It is lightweight, rigid, and looks professional in any setting. We see foam board prints used for trade show displays, real estate listing photos, restaurant menu boards, office presentations, event signage, retail point-of-sale displays, and even personal photo prints for parties and memorials.
Standard foam board is 3/16 inch thick white foam sandwiched between smooth white paper facings. It is lightweight enough to lean on an easel or hang with velcro strips, but rigid enough to stand up on its own in smaller sizes. For outdoor use or situations where durability matters, we recommend Gatorboard (a denser, more rigid alternative) or lamination to protect the print surface from scratches and moisture.
We print foam board at $12 per square foot for single-sided and $18 per square foot for double-sided. Common sizes include 18x24 ($36), 24x36 ($72), and 36x48 ($144). Custom sizes are available up to 48x96 inches. All foam board prints include precision cutting on our Graphtec FC9000 cutter for clean, sharp edges. Lamination is available in gloss or matte finish for added protection and a premium look.
