Waterproof Menu Printing in Denver
Synthetic paper and laminated restaurant menus that survive spills, grease, and constant handling. Printed in downtown Denver.
A restaurant menu gets handled hundreds of times a day — by bussers, servers, and every customer who sits down. A regular paper menu is destroyed in a week. PostNet Denver prints restaurant menus on synthetic waterproof paper that looks and feels like premium paper but is actually a tear-proof, stain-proof, and fully washable polymer.
Our synthetic paper menus can be wiped down with a damp cloth or restaurant-grade sanitizer between customers, making them a natural fit for health and sanitation standards. They resist grease, wine, salsa, beer, and whatever else gets spilled on them. Because they don't absorb liquid, they stay flat and look fresh months after a regular paper menu would be curled and stained.
We also offer heavy 14pt and 16pt coated card stock with matte laminate for a slightly different look and feel, and we can fold, saddle-stitch, spiral-bind, or die-cut your menus to any format — single-panel, tri-fold, bi-fold, or multi-page booklet.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are waterproof menus actually waterproof?
Yes. Our synthetic paper menus are made from a polymer (not wood pulp), so they can be submerged in water, wiped with sanitizer, and splashed with wine or grease without warping, tearing, or staining. The ink is bonded to the surface so it doesn't smear when wet.
What's the difference between synthetic paper and laminated paper?
Laminated paper is standard card stock with a clear plastic laminate sealed to both sides — it's waterproof on the surface but the edges can still absorb water if they're not sealed. Synthetic paper is waterproof all the way through, including the edges, and has no laminate to peel or bubble.
How long do waterproof menus last?
Synthetic paper menus regularly last 6-12 months in heavy restaurant use — often longer. They're a much better long-term value than regular paper, even though they cost slightly more upfront.
Can you print kids' menus that survive crayons and spaghetti?
Absolutely — this is a popular use case. Synthetic paper kids' menus can be wiped clean and reused, or printed as disposable single-use menus that survive at least one meal. Many restaurants print a double-sided menu on synthetic paper with coloring activities on the back.
Do you fold and bind the menus for me?
Yes. We handle all the folding, scoring, saddle stitching, spiral binding, and die cutting in-house at 1312 17th Street. You receive your menus ready to put on the tables — no additional assembly needed.
What artwork do you need?
A print-ready PDF with 1/8" bleed, 300 DPI images, and fonts outlined is ideal. We also accept AI, PSD, InDesign, or Canva files. Our design team can also create your menu from scratch if you just have text, a logo, and a rough idea — typical menu design is $150-400 depending on complexity.
