PVC Signs in Denver
Custom PVC signs, coroplast signage, and foam core boards printed and finished in downtown Denver. Indoor and outdoor rated with same-day service available.
PostNet Denver prints PVC signs, coroplast yard signs, and foam core boards for businesses, realtors, event planners, and contractors across the Denver metro. PVC is our most versatile sign material — lightweight, weatherproof, paintable, and available in thicknesses from 1mm up to 10mm depending on what you need.
Coroplast (corrugated plastic) is the go-to for temporary outdoor signage like political signs, open houses, garage sales, and event wayfinding — it's cheap, lightweight, and easy to stake into the ground. Rigid PVC and foam core are better for permanent indoor signs, presentation boards, trade show displays, and retail point-of-purchase.
We print everything on our G7 color certified equipment at 1312 17th Street, and we handle the cutting, grommets, and stakes in-house so you walk out with a finished product.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between PVC and coroplast signs?
PVC is a solid, rigid plastic — heavier, more durable, and better for permanent signage. Coroplast is a corrugated plastic (like cardboard but plastic) — lighter, cheaper, and ideal for temporary outdoor signs like political campaign signs, open house signs, and event wayfinding. Both print crisp color and handle outdoor weather.
Are PVC signs weatherproof?
Yes. Our PVC signs are printed with UV-cured inks that resist fading, and the substrate itself is waterproof and freeze/thaw stable — perfect for Colorado weather. For extra protection, we can laminate the print surface.
How thick should my PVC sign be?
For indoor use or short-term outdoor use, 3mm is perfect. For permanent outdoor installation, mounted signs, or anything that needs to survive wind and impact, choose 6mm or 10mm. For trade show boards or easel display, 3/16" foam core is light and easy to transport.
Do you include stakes for coroplast yard signs?
Yes. Every coroplast yard sign includes a standard H-stake at no extra charge. If you need heavier-duty step stakes or frames for larger signs, we stock those too.
Can you print double-sided PVC signs?
Yes. We can print both sides of any PVC, coroplast, or foam core sign. Double-sided printing is standard for sandwich boards, hanging signs, and any sign that will be viewed from two directions.
How fast can I get a PVC sign in Denver?
Same-day pickup is available on small quantities (under 10 signs) if you have print-ready artwork and drop off before 11 AM on a weekday. Standard turnaround is 1-2 business days. We're at 1312 17th Street in downtown Denver.
