The stand itself is a retractable aluminum base with a telescoping pole — your printed graphic rolls down into the base when not in use, so the whole thing fits in a padded travel bag and survives airline check-in, Uber rides, and a decade of trade shows. Every stand we sell includes the base, pole, graphic, and a padded carry case.

- 3. Approve and we print. Once you approve the proof, we print on our in-house G7 color certified equipment at 1312 17th Street.
- 4. Pickup or delivery. Stop by the shop, schedule local delivery, or let us ship the finished product anywhere in the U.S.

What size pop-up banner stand should I get for a trade show?
For most trade show booths, the 33" wide x 79" tall stand is the right size — it fits in a standard 10' x 10' booth without crowding and shows up well in booth photos. Use a 47" wide stand if you want a bigger visual statement or need to display more detailed imagery. Two 33" stands side-by-side also work well.
Should I choose vinyl or fabric?
Vinyl is more durable, cheaper, and easier to clean — the right choice for heavy trade-show use, outdoor pop-ups, or anywhere the banner might get bumped or scuffed. Fabric has a more premium feel, doesn't reflect harsh lighting as much (better for photos), and travels without wrinkling — the right choice for luxury brands or photography-heavy booths.
Does the stand come with a travel case?
Yes. Every banner stand we sell includes a padded zippered carry bag with a shoulder strap. The stand and graphic fit inside and the case is airline check-in friendly.
Can I swap the graphic later without buying a new stand?
Yes. Our banner stands have a removable graphic that clips into the base. You can reorder just the graphic (without the hardware) for a fraction of the cost when you rebrand, launch a new product, or need a seasonal update. Bring in your old stand and we'll measure the exact graphic size.
How fast can I set up a pop-up banner stand?
Under 30 seconds. You lift the telescoping pole out of the base, snap it to full height, and hook the top of the graphic onto the pole. No tools, no instructions needed. Taking it down is just as quick — the graphic retracts into the base for storage.
Can you print double-sided retractable stands?
