We print on 3/16" white foam core (the standard for a lightweight cutout you can carry around easily) or 3mm rigid PVC if you need something more durable. Our team cuts around the head with a CNC-routed precision cut so the edge follows the hairline cleanly — no DIY scissors required.

Turnaround Time

- 2. We send a proof and quote. You'll get a digital proof to review and a firm price before we print anything.
- 3. Approve and we print. Once you approve the proof, we print on our in-house G7 color certified equipment at 1312 17th Street.
- 4. Pickup or delivery. Stop by the shop, schedule local delivery, or let us ship the finished product anywhere in the U.S.

How big should a fat head poster be?
For handheld cutouts at birthday parties or tailgates, 18" or 24" tall is perfect — easy to hold up and wave. For a statement piece at a wedding, retirement, or corporate event, go 36" or 48" tall. For a photo booth backdrop or life-size cutout, up to 6 feet.
What photo do I need to send?
A high-resolution photo (at least 8 megapixels, ideally 12+) with the subject's face clearly visible. A straight-on portrait or headshot works best. Avoid heavy shadows on the face. Modern iPhone/Android photos work great. Email as a JPG, PNG, or HEIC.
Can you cut around the hair?
Yes. Our CNC router cuts precisely around the hairline so the finished cutout looks like a head 'popping off' the background. For fuzzy or wispy hair, we can do a rectangle or rounded-rectangle cut instead for a cleaner edge.
How fast can I get a big head cutout in Denver?

Only if you have the rights to use their image. Most photos of celebrities, athletes, and characters are copyrighted and we can't reproduce them without permission. Stick to photos you own — friends, family, employees, your dog.
